This is a diet based on the free intake of different kinds of fish. It is a very easy plan to put into practice, you can only do it for 7 days. Now, if you do it strictly, it will allow you to lose around 3 kilos in just 7 days.
If you are determined to put this diet into practice, you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, flavor your infusions with sweetener and season your meals with salt and lemon juice. You must repeat the detailed menu below every day you go on the diet.
Menu:
Breakfast: 1 infusion, 1 glass of orange juice and 4 light biscuits.
Mid-morning: 1 low-fat yogurt.
Lunch: tuna, mackerel or horse mackerel and 1 fruit. You may eat as much fish as you want.
Mid afternoon: 1 low-fat yogurt.
Snack: 1 infusion, 1 glass of grapefruit juice and 4 light biscuits.
Dinner: grilled or baked hake fillet, 1 cup of homemade vegetable soup and 1 fruit. You can eat the amount of fish you want.

Well, 3 months ago I weighed 110 kilos, I have been eating fish since that date and in reduced 12 kilos 300 grams, I have breakfast with a bread with coffee with milk, lunch with fish in soup, stew or grilled and at dinner I do the same, it really is a good diet
Fish does work.
I also eat a lot of fish in the week with salad or steamed vegetables 🙂
