This is a diet designed especially for those who need to lose a few kilos but in the shortest amount of time possible. If you do it to the letter, it will allow you to lose 1 kilo in 3 days. To put this regimen into practice, you must have a healthy state of health.
You should practice this regimen only 3 days in a row, if you do not get the expected results you will have to wait 1 week to put this plan into practice again. You will have to drink as much water as possible, flavor your infusions with sweetener and season your preparations with salt and lemon juice.
Day 1
Breakfast: 1 infusion of your choice cut with skim milk and 2 rice cakes.
Mid-morning: 1 banana.
Lunch: 1 cup of light broth, 1 deep plate of tomato and carrot salad and 1 apple.
Mid afternoon: 1 pear.
Snack: 1 infusion of your choice and 1 low-fat yogurt.
Dinner: 1 cup of light broth, 100g. grilled or baked fish, 1 medium corn and 1 mandarin.
Day 2
Breakfast: 1 infusion of your choice and 1 low-fat yogurt.
Mid-morning: 1 infusion of your choice and 2 light water cookies spread with light jam.
Lunch: 1 deep plate of homemade vegetable soup, 1 hard-boiled egg and 1 grapefruit.
Mid-afternoon: 1 glass of skim milk with 1 tablespoon of light cereals.
Snack: 1 tea of your choice and 3 bran biscuits spread with light white cheese.
Dinner: 1 cup of light broth, 100g. lean meat baked or grilled, 1 serving of mixed salad and 1 orange.
Day 3
Breakfast: 1 infusion of your choice cut with skim milk and 1 grapefruit.
Mid-morning: 1 mandarin.
Lunch: 1 cup of light broth, 50g. of cheese for salut, 1 portion of salad of green leaves of choice and 1 pear.
Mid afternoon: 1 low-fat yogurt.
Snack: 1 infusion of your choice and 1 whole wheat toast spread with light jam.
Dinner: 1 cup of light broth, 150g. grilled hake fillet, 1 portion of pumpkin puree and 1 pear.
