This is a dietary regimen developed especially for all those people who need to lose weight those extra kilos that bother them so much, and are fans of chard stalks. It is a very easy diet to carry out, if you do it strictly it will allow you to lose 2 kilos in just 7 days.

To be able to put this diet into practice, you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, eat the boiled stalks, prepare the dishes in light form, flavor all the infusions with sweetener and season the meals in minimal form with salt, vinegar, oregano and balsamic vinegar.

Example of daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 infusion (tea, coffee or cooked mate), 1 bran biscuit, 1 citrus fruit and ½ skim yogurt.

Lunch: stalks and 1 portion of light gelatin. You can eat the amount of stalks you want.

Snack: 1 infusion (tea, coffee or cooked mate), 1 bran biscuit, 1 citrus fruit and ½ skim yogurt

Dinner: 1 lean beef steak, 1 portion of chard stalks gratin with cheese for light salut and 1 portion of light gelatin.

Before going to bed: 1 fruit of your choice.
