This is a very simple dietary regimen to put into practice that will help you lose weight that you have extra and that bother you so much. It is a diet based mainly on the intake of chard pie. If you do it strictly, it will allow you to lose about 2 kilos in just 10 days.
To be able to put this diet into practice you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, prepare the chard cake in light form, flavor your infusions with sweetener and season your preparations with salt, herbs and a minimal amount of olive oil.
Example of daily menu:
Breakfast: 1 infusion (tea, coffee or cooked mate) and 1 low-fat yogurt or 2 small fruits or 2 light table toasts spread with jam or light cheese.
Lunch: 2 portions of chard cake, 1 hard-boiled egg and 1 portion of light gelatin.
Snack: 1 infusion (tea, coffee or cooked mate) and 1 low-fat yogurt or 2 small fruits or 2 light table toasts spread with jam or light cheese.
Dinner: 2 portions of chard cake, 2 slices of ham and 2 cups of light broth.
Before going to bed: 1 infusion and / or 1 fruit or 1 light cereal bar.
Not that bad. Breakfast and snack is perfect. But you don't have to eat only chard, you can have other rich vegetables and fruits. I am not a professional or anything but I lost 10 kilos in 2 months, and I have only stopped eating in quantity, I made an effort not to consume so much flour and a lot of water and exercise. You can't forbid yourself from everything, but your body must get used to being healthy too. Good luck
