The astronaut's diet gets its name from its similarity to those used by astronauts since they provide very few calories (no more than 500).
For breakfast and a snack, eat 1 tablespoon of skimmed milk powder, dissolved in mineral water, coffee or tea with sweetener.
For lunch and dinner, you can choose between 1 hard-boiled or poached egg, a green lettuce salad, with paraffin oil, lemon and pepper. 1 slice of roast beef (not greasy) or 1 grilled steak. In both cases, with salad.
You should drink 3 liters of water per day, and the infusions do not count as the liters of water to drink.
