The key to staying in line and losing weight are the rewards, always keep that in mind. It is scientifically proven that our mind copes better with difficult tasks when satisfaction awaits us later. Treat yourself to fast food in moderation, not every day, and you'll see how you can achieve it all: being slim and in a good mood, too.
