This is a dietary regimen based on the intake of melon, it was specially designed for all those people who need to detoxify their body in a simple and fast way and if possible also to deflate the abdomen. It is important to mention that you can only do it for 1 day.
If you are determined to carry out this diet you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, eat the melon preferably cold, flavor all the infusions with sweetener and season the meals with salt and a minimum amount of olive oil.
Daily menu
Breakfast: 1 infusion and 150g. melon.
Mid-morning: ½ skim yogurt.
Lunch: 50g. of tuna, 1 tomato or 1 carrot and 200g. melon.
Mid afternoon: ½ glass of skim milk.
Snack: 1 infusion and 150g. melon.
Dinner: 2 cups of light vegetable broth and melon. You can eat the amount of melon you want.
Before going to bed: 1 infusion.
